Like something on YouTube? (Though they dont allow uploads more than 10 minutes long =( )
Well my purchased show from iTunes is 24 minutes long and it's quality is total crap for view on a computer (read: BUY AN IPOD) and it's size is about 120 mb.
So about 150 mb for a 30 min show? Hope this helped ^^;;

Most programs I view that are around 24 minutes (which is a typical half-hour program without commercials) are closer to 170 megabytes. Perhaps the quality is higher than some, but that wasn't my impression.
