ok, well i plugged my iPod into the USB port and double clicked on iTunes to open, but it;s being stubbon and refusing to, so i was wondering, what could i be doing wrong? cause until i fix it, i'm out of luck for putting new songs on my iPod

Hmm, that happens to me quite often, although it's more of a thing with having Real on my PC. I have to wait until my PC prompts me to open the iPod using Real Player, then hit cancel, then either wait for iTunes to open or keep trying to open it myself.

Also, I updated my iPod today, and it caused iTunes to freeze and the iPod would never get out of the "Do Not Disconnect" mode. I just had to take out the iPod and exit iTunes before I could get everything working again.

iTunes is great, but it's definitely made for a Mac.

well, do you guys know of any other programs that let me upload my music to my iPod, cause iTunes is not working at all >_<

Well, Real used to, but I'm not sure if it still does. I suggest contacting Apple and asking for help. Also, there may be some FAQs on Apple's site that offer some help, too.
