Video Converter for Video Ipod

Hi, does anyone know where I can find a free, full version of a avi to mpeg4 (or whatever the ipod format is) converter? There has to be one somewhere...

i use videora, it's been working good for me so far! google videora and you should be able to find it :)

i used videora as well, it took really long though.
