Another update today, this one has a few bugs though (the apostraphy opening the Finder).

Hopefully it will be fixed or someone can tell us how to fix it =)

That one only happens if your cursor is not in a textbox when you try to type. It might be annoying if you take your cursor out of a textbox for some reason then forget and try to type again, but other than that it seems to be more of a shortcut. Someone had to tell me the problem before I could get it to do this, so it's not something that seems like a problem to me

I've found this to be an extension of the "control-f" or "slash" issue (like AH is saying). Short answer: Use esc to return focus. Long answer: See my other post. :D

i believe i fixed it with the keyconfig plugin, by removing that shortcut

(that could be wrong, i can't remember since it was a long time ago)
