Mac FTP program

Does anyone here know of a good (preferably free) FTP program for the Mac?

If you're on Mac OS X, there's good old fashioned ftp from within the Terminal, if you don't mind a command line.

Free ones, I don't know off the top of my head. There's Fetch, which was updated for OS X, but it might still be shareware.

Fetch is still shareware, unless you are an educational institution. If you are a student, you may be able to email them and ask for a free license.
