i just bought kotor for the pc. got it all installed and everything but i cant find opengl 1.4 ANYWHERE. is this a pay program because that sucks and im taking the game back if i have to pay for a program to play the stinking game....

Your best bet is to update your video card drivers.
OpenGL is not a program. It's for programming graphics and stuff. A similar 'thing' would be Microsoft's DirectX. OpenGL support should be in your video card driver.
