Favorites help

My mom recently downloaded the new Internet Explorer(I'm not sure which version, it's just the newest one) and I'm having trouble organizing my favorites and making folders. And I'm quite sure it'll be something sooooo obvious, but I just can't find it.

EDIT: Never mind. I figured it out. ^^;
