Chat Roll Call

No need to go into detail about the current climate in chat, so right to the point:
If your interested in joining in on resurrecting chat, post an "aye-aye" or whatever.
Lurkers, if you see one of us in the chat box, just pop in and say hi. We don't expect you (or anyone) to feel obligated to stay for a length of time, but we do want you to swing by, if only for old-time's sake.
On the topic of chat-ghosts, it seems users leave an echo behind when they leave chat. It seems to result from neglecting the "/quit" command, but I haven't seriously experimented with that. Never-the-less, just give us a try anyways. If we don't respond within a reasonable time (5min?), then carry on. We're not there or sleeping. Or trying to figure out how to make/understand a pattern because we put off making cosplay until one week from the event. *cough*
Of course, everyone's lives are different from the "good ole days", but at least by raising a hand people know who's intending to chat, or at least who'd like to say high in (quasi) real time.
This really has nothing to do with the chat-box plot device in Durarara x2 this season, even though that was really cool and I always (mostly always) had fun with chat back in the day. >_>
