Posts Keep Getting Deleted

Ok, I'm getting REALLY annoyed now. Basically every post I've made in the last couple of days keeps on disappearing. I post them (usually it's a quick reply to an entry someone else has already made), they appear fine, but later on when I go back to check (usually a refresh of the page), IT'S GONE.

This is really getting me down, because most of the posts have been I took real effort in typing, and it just feels "robotic" retyping them again :-(

Can someone please help?

Ok thanks, that would explain it. Just frustrating that they keep on disappearing. Hope it gets sorted out soon

Initially I was certain your posts were being moderated or it was the refresh bug. After watching more, however, I'm not sure anymore. Do any of these posts have links, images, or lists? If not, it's possible that you're actually losing some.

Until we figure something out, I highly recommend copying your entire post before submitting it.

Hey uc pseudonym. So far my last couple of posts have stayed put, and the ones that seemed to have disappeared have magically reappeared when I looked today. Sorry about the fuss, was just a bit worried. Thanks for the help

Also I just refreshed my screen after posting the quick reply above this post, and it stayed put, so I'm guessing the problem is sorted

It seems like it was just the new member's post filter, then. After you pass a certain post count, it goes away.
Don't worry about it too much, it happens to every new member. But if you do find yourself confused or having a problem with something on the site, please don't hesitate to PM one of the moderators or admins instead of making a thread. ^_^

Well, I don't remember this happening to me \o.o/ ...but I copy and paste a lot! ^^ Ctrl A, Ctrl C, and Ctrl V might be some of my most used short cuts...well, plus Ctrl R and Ctrl T

Also, your other post that you were telling me about, the one comment on my drawing, it shows up now, as well Glad things are working out
