Last Time (Living Life)

I currently have a uncle who is battling cancer right now, and by seeing him it put things in perspective for me. I now see the importance of life, and understand the purpose of living it. We should cherish life while we have it...because when it's slipping away...we dont want to have regrets for the lives we lived...
Last Time
The spring flowers have turned to grey,
The sun refuses to shine down on my world to day,
If burdens come, then come what may
I’ll find my comfort in slipping away—away…
Live each day like it’s your last time!
Chorus:
Last time…
I’m gonna seize this day because it’s mine...
Good God preserve me,
For I’m a creation of Thine...
No time turn to turn back…
I’m going to lay it all on the line…
For the Last Time, for the Last time…
<But I’m so afraid>
My eyesight’s dimming but I must move on
Peaceful memories, like doves fly away, they’re almost gone
Fighting this feeling of being alone
Cold as a stone on a path I know I must roam—roam…
(Chorus-2x)
When I’m gone
I hope you’ll finally see
Exactly what you meant to me
By your side in Spirit, I’ll always be…
Your love was the key,
You were the strength that fought the lonely…
I was no longer “Iâ€
