As I walk.

As I walk this road I feel others pain. the same pain that is inside me. As I walk I see only darkness and suffering. I see a battle field filled with people fighting for one thing...Peace. As I walk it hurts me so to see others in pain and suffering. the same suffering that Jesus must of felt on the cross. It hurts me so that All I want to do is run over and comfert thoses that are in pain and suffering. As I walk across the battle field, shells are exspolding every were. mines going off, and dirt flying every were. I feel like I am on a war field fighting for my own life. As I walk, thoughts run through my mined. "you will never see the light". "you will never be free". "you suck". "why are you ever here when you can't even walk a streat line". I fight these back as heard as I can. but some times they over welm me and it hurts when they attack. As I walk I cry to my self. As I walk no one knows that I am in pain or suffering. Not a singal sole knows that I am fighting a battle that could take my very life away from me. As I walk I hold on to a pendent in a shap like a eagel. As I walk I keep on saying a vers from Isaiah 40:28-31. "Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God. The Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; They will run and not grow weary, They will walk and not be faint". As I say this over and over I feel like I can take another step and another after. As I walk I have faith that one day Jesus will come and free us all from this war. the same war that is happening right now in are time. One day he will come and we will be free, and are pain will finaly be layed to rest in peace. As I walk this road I know one thing, and only one thing. Jesus is my light.
