I’m new to writing poetry, and only do it when I get inspired. I was inspired by this during bible study on Sunday. No rhyme scheme. R&R!

Shade of light


Take a look around yourself
And tell me what you see.
Can you change the problems
Of everything that could be?

Life’s trails, left unspoken
To the world of the broken.

Cancer spreads
Kids end up dead
Would you like to change this
Take the stand that needs to be said.

When did sex become the mold,
While God was put on hold?
Taken, beaten and left without a care
God’s love which none can compare.

actually this has better rhythm and rhyme then i do LOL so this is good and hey the best poems are those inspired by God ^_^ so keep writing ^^
