I miss you (poem)

Postby zelda » Wed Dec 21, 2005 1:06 pm

here's a poem i made. And yes, it's true.

I never talked to you

you never talked to me

I smiled and said hi

you just smiled back

I went to your house

I really didn't care to see you

I knew you were going to die

I never thought it would come

I held your hand

you smiled at me one last time

I cried

you died

when I last saw you I just said bye

I wish that I said I love you

I miss you so much

why did you have to leave?

please say I'll see you in Heaven

I love you Uncle Bud......

Well done. It is a good reminder to all of us to more carefully consider how we relate to people.

[i]Two vast and trunk-less legs of stone stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand, half sunk, a shattered visage lies. Round the decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare the lone and level sands stretch far away. On the pedestal these words are inscribed:

“My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!â€
