I believe it is a pun from "Sir, do you have any idea?" If not, I am among those who do not get it.

I can't beleive I never found this thread. ITs pretty funny.

Here is one I like:

Three men, a protestant, a catholic, and a rabbi, are walking down the road when they find a pile of money. Being upstanding religious men they decide to give a portion to God, however thery are split as to how to decide on the amount ot give.

The protestant draws a circle in the sand and says, "Lets throw the money into the air and whatever lands inside the circle we keep and the rest we give to charity."

The catholic shakes his head, "Lets throw it up and whatever is inside the circle we give to charity, and what is outside we keep."

The rabbi patiantly listens to both the arguments and then speaks, " Forget the circle," he says, "Lets just throw it up and what God wants he'll keep."

I always liked this one. I don't mean any offence to anyone. Its just funny :)

Here is one my pastor liked, being a golfing man:

Jesus, Moses, and another man are playing golf.

Moses steps up to the tee, lines up his shot and swings. The ball heads for a water hazard as it gets there the water parts and the ball rolls across on dry ground.

Jesus nodes to Moses and sets up his own shot. Like Moses's shot its dead straight but it also heads toward the water hazard, but when it gets to the water it rolls just rolls over the waters surface.

Without a word the third man steps up and lines up his shot. The shot is totaly off target but it bounses off a rock richocetes off a tree and lands in a frogs mouth. The frog spits the ball out right onto the green and the ball rolls straight into the hole for a hole in one.

After the ball finally reaches the hole Moses turns to Jesus and says, "Man. I hate playing with your dad."
A nightingale in a golden cage
That's me locked inside reality's maze
Come someone make my heavy heart light
Come undone, bring me back to life
It all starts with a lullaby
