He deserves all the praise

[Tenshi no Ai]

I know I concider myself a writer, but I've always been more into story writing rather than poems/lyrics. But after spending a bit of time with God today, just had it on my heart to make up a little thing thing here and share. It's at a real personal level and all (of course^^) and I dunno... maybe this is something He wants to do continue and do more of in the future? I'll just have to wait and see^^

Many times I haven't been able to understand
But through it all I've remembered that time,
When you whispered and said "everything will be all right"

You've been there for me through it all
You've been there and called out to me
Even through those times I did not listen
You were still right there beside me

And You deserve all the praise
For all You've done, life is a miracle

For what You have done, hope has been restored
Many have changed and have never been the same
You are worthy of all of our praise
And I just can't begin to explain...

Because I'm only one person,
With a plan You have laid out
Without You, I cannot go on
Only with You am I able to change...

Who else could be more worthy?

Because You are The Living God...

i know what you mean tenshi, i started out writing fiction, which i still do, but at some point i've also begun writing poetry, and even more recently i've written a couple of songs, good job by the way

Not sure... Like I said, it's the first time I've started doing this sort of thing^^

Wish I had musical talent to be able to turn this sort of thing into a song, but I'm just a writer at the moment^^
