an Idea for a comic

If I want to post an Idea for a comic that i want to post on caa, do I need to pm an admin first or can I just post it here?

If you don't think it would break any of the CAA rules, you can post your idea here. But if you are not sure, you're best bet is to PM your idea to an Admin or Mod to make sure. ^_^
