CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Well, I'm over 13 now, but that still doesn't mean that all 13+ rated mangas are appropriate for Christian teenagers. Currently I read the Shonen Jump lineup, but I want to read something a little different than the typical action good vs evil story. (Well, with the exception of Hikaru no Go, which isn't too actiony ^^) Not that I dislike action mangas; I love most of them, I just want a little variety, y'know? So, any suggestions?

.Hack//LOTB is good. I can't say the same for everything else I've read. To many ummm ''Undertones'' in CCS and we all know what ranma has. So as of now Iam at the recommedation of a freind going to read either big o or kenshin. Kenshin is a good series but it is SJ title. Note:Iam not insulting anyone by saying that the above mangas a spoke of in a negative light are evil. I just am led not to read them.

uh, i'm confused...so are you asking for recommendations for an action manga that isn't too good-vs-evil or are you asking for manga titles that aren't of the action genre at all? ^^;;

Lol, I'm not quite sure what you're asking, either *laughs* Angelic Layer isn't really good vs. evil. It's really just kids having fun with dolls (LOL!) But I think it's a great story and is very clean and full of action. That's really the only thing I read XD

If you enjoyed the CCS anime, you really should try the manga--it's even more beautiful! Angelic Layer is great too, as is .Hack//Legend of the Twilight. Magic Knight Rayerath is also good.

id recommend planetes if you like space action

Sorry I wasn't specific. I don't care what genre it is. I was looking for manga that's more of a comedy sort of thing than action, but action is fine too. Thanks for your suggestions!
