is there a manga that has:
no nudity what-so-ever! (and fairly modest dress)
very little cussing
not buddhist stuff, or witchcraft or lots of magic (wizards and stuff like that)
and is a action, comedy, adventure, or well just anything but romance :-)

... Rurouni Kenshin, actually. There is some clevage (sorry if that word offends anyone, but theres not many other ways to say it), but not much. Not a terrible amount of cussing. However, there is a bit of buddhism in the later chapters, but not from any of the main characters. Its not really a main topic, persay, just a fallen buddhist monk and that's about it. If you've already seen that, then...

Full Metal Alchemist. Again, a few indecent women characters, but not nudity. A little more cussing than Rurouni Kenshin, but still nothing major. However, they use alchemy, but its very scientifically based. Do you consider that magic?

And if you've seen that, then I can't help you!

I'm not sure about the manga but but from what I've seen of the anime it seems pretty clean.

Some people make 'em, some people just look around. Just do a google search for 'em. They're pretty prevalent. Live Journal is a good place to look.

You can either crop, edit, and resize images using photo editing software or a photo hosting website such as photobucket; or you can type something like "anime avatars" in Google and look for ones that other people have already made.

FLCL and Q-ko-chan. Both insanaly short, but I still love them! Oh, and I think Zombie Powder would be good!

If the manga is anything like the anime, I'm sure he'll find a lot to be offended by in FLCL, actually.

Yes, I know. Sorry, my synonym-fu was on the fritz and I couldn't think of a good word that meant "cheating on someone you're in a dating relationship with."

Regardless, all the sexual innuendo slung at Naota by Mamimi would probably violate the rules of this particular game.

What Etoh said. Puberty is when the sex drive starts, and puberty begins around 11-13 for most people. Isn't Konata supposed to be like 16 or 17? So yeah, she's definitely the right age to have a sex drive.

Now of course it's wrong for her to do what she does, but even people who don't act on their sex drives still have 'em. :p

I was gonna say something like that too.

For as beautiful the human forms are in this series, there is actually nothing in it that's nudity or even borderline that I noticed so far...

It's actually pretty safe overall, as far as manga goes...

I've read the first nine volumes so far and I can't wait to get my hands on the next one! X) (Watsuki is just too cool!)

Your avatar actually reminded my of the series since I haven't seen it in awhile so I thought I'd recommend it since it's pretty clean IMO.
