Does anyone like Naruto???

actually I'm getting really annoyed of it. The episodes (im currently on 164) and its all filler arcs. Very annoying

What 'bout the manga? Save for the overly-long Sasori battle and Sai's little "fetish", I'd say it's been pretty good.

And I probably need to read more Bleach. I read the first chapter and it seemed a bit... akward.

Don't make me toss a shuriken in your brain.
Just because it's dubbed does NOT automatically make it bad. The Naruto dub is fine compared to many (like my precious One Piece ;_; ).

Actually I love Naruto . but the only episodes i get to see is on Toonami and I'm currently up to the episode where Naruto has just used Kyuubi to fight Haku. that was awesome. i'd say Naruto is my 2nd favorite, but I do have to admitt that they talk way too much and too many flashbacks, but I still love it.

I <3 Naruto. I usually watch it when it comes on CN. But I haven't read any of the manga so I'm not totally up to date with what's going on in the series.

Seriously. Like I said in another thread. They hired excellent voice actors, kept 95% of the original music, made VERY few edits, and almost NO changes to the dialogue.

How could anyone hate the dub? It's like, everything an anime fan could ask for in a dub. Which makes me think you're hating it JUST because it's a dub, which isn't cool.

I've yet to see any Naruto anime, but I really enjoy the manga series. It's one of the core features of Shonen Jump that I look forward to each month. I'm not super-keen on "ninja" stories, but it blends just enough fantasy elements into it to keep me interested.

Aside, I extend an official welcome to our two new members. This is a bad note to start on, but please do not double post. Also, be patient. Many members of CAA like to take their time posting, or have many other things to do, so any given thread will not be active constantly.

Yes, I'm one of the Naruto fans on the forums. I mainly read the manga (American and Japanese), but I've watched the Cartoon Network dub on occasion. However, I didn't enjoy the Zabuza arc, so I'll wait for the series to improve before watching very frequently.

I'll have to ask that the dub versus sub argument not be reiterated on this thread. It has been discussed at too much length already, so I'd ask that everyone keep their opinions on the issue to themselves unless they are directly relevant to other discussion.

I absolutely LOVE the manga!
The dub's not my fav, but I didn't get to see many episodes. I got up to Zabuza and haven't seen anything after. I really like how the artist draws the characters.

The dub is sick. I like it better than the sub. All the content edited in the sub was pointless IMO.

Not all of it. There was some... rather odd changes made to the dub, like taking out "kill" refrences and removing Tsunami's "I'll bite my toungue..." line.

Also, isn't this about the MANGA? :p

Even though this is in the manga section, the thread`s intention was Naruto in general.

But we`ll just talk about the manga anyways.

As far as manga goes, I have only read Volume 1. I plan on collected them and so far there is 7. I`m going to use some of my money to buy Volume 2 and 3.

the one only character that really bugged me were the voices of naruto, sakura, and the hokage (well hokage I will sort of pass, he didnt have the old wiseman feel)

Isn't the voice of naruto a girl??

I love the manga.

In the Japanese version, I believe so. I am much more certain that the American voice actor is. If not, I'll be somewhat surprised, as I've thought Naruto sounds like a woman faking a boy's voice on quite a number of occasions.
