CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hi everyone, I want to make a manga about a girl (based on a true story, BTW) who almost commits suicide, but becomes Christian in the end. I can't think of a good name, can someone plz help me? Thanks.

So, her friend found out the "best method" for commiting suicide. When she was about to do it, her other friend called her and invited her to Christian camp. So then she calls her bad friend again when she was about to do it and invites her too. At camp, both girls are saved. This actually happened to someone from my town.

Ah, I was just thinking of an old saying "God writes straight with crooked lines", meaning He can bring good even out of people you wouldn't think possible.

With your theme, you might be interested in looking at the manga story "The Door" in Confidential Confessions #1 by Reiko Momochi. Not a Christian approach, but very anti-suicide (may have some objectionable content and was rated "OT" for ages 16+)

Hmm... just turned 16 in March XD, lol. Uhmm, I don't really know a lot of non-Christian mangas, I'll have to see it I guess

I'll agree, but there's just something that doesn't fit completely there, I just can't put my finger on it. Possibly because it sounds like somone wants to live when in reals they didn't at first I guess or something. It kind of seams like the story backwards maybe. But I was thinking, maybe go from there, change it around a little or something. I don't know. What do you guys think? I have no idea.

i can't get enough of japanese manga names, or of the japanese language....i don't know if your comic is realted to japan in any way though, though since it is anime, i would imagine it might have some relation........

Well, not really related, it happened in California, but that's not a bad idea, since the characters have Japanese names (only in the manga, not in reals).

that could work, but most of the one word titles are a little vague and probably already used. Would it be of any help to know the tool she wanted to use? A syringe. (Although I'm not sure I want that word in the title). Still thinking.
