CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I know most people hate the genre but anyone like Gypsy punk? I love it!
My neighbors actually are in a gypsy punk band and I hear them play all the time.
My favorite bands of Gypsy punk are

The Tequila Mockingbird Orchestra
Gogol Bordello
Tower of dudes

Gypsy punk. 0o, thats a new word for me. ^^

I have heard of Viking metal, Pirate metal, Folk metal, folk punk(and love them all) but never gypsy punk.

I must check this out.

I've done some research and listened to some. ^^ Not really my kind of music though, but atleast I won't look like a question mark if I hear the word again.
And yeah, if you look at the popularity at spotify you sure doesn't seem to be alone. ^^

Same here. I had never heard of Gypsy punk before reading this thread.

Viking metal . . . heh. That became an inside joke with one of my classes because I mentioned its existence to the students, and now they all think that I listen to it. It's only a little bit true; the amount of viking metal that I listen to is pretty miniscule.

Interesting..... I must hear more.
