My friend snagged a copy and I remember sampling some of it and liking their previous album more.

I might pick it up, Ichigo.

How do you like the new As Cities Burn? I'm prettttttty impressed with it. It got 4.5 stars on Jesus Freak Hideout, so I thought I'd give it a try and wow. It's beautiful. A total shift from Son, I Loved You At Your Darkest.

I don't think I like Come Now Sleep as much.
I liked the other vocalist more.

Well, everything, but the vocals are better, but I prefer the Heavier sound in their previous album.

I think both are amazing in their own rights of style. But yes, Come Now Sleep is GOOOOOOOOOOOOODDD stuff for shur. I was kinda surprised at the almost barebones style the cd case was done in, but it adds to the...something about it.

And Oh Sleeper is an absolute must-buy Kkun. Lyrics are incredible, and the sound is boarder-line noisecore, sorta MewithoutYou+The Chariot combined style. It's the best cd I've bought since...The Fiancee at least.

The vocalist for As Cities Burn is the same vocalist that was doing the singing on the first album. o_o TJ and Cody Bonnette shared vocal duties on the first album. There's just not much screaming on the new one.

Also, to confirm, I DID end up getting Combinations by Eisley and The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me by Brand New.

Really?
I was told that the BGV on the previous CD is now the frontman.

I'll give the CD a chance, though.
