I thought I would start by pulling over the Oekaki first...

*ahem* Wow, WA...I'm impressed. The violet swirls in the clouds was a creative idea and you nailed the perspective. Nice job Tex!

Awesome. Really good, especially for Oekaki.The clouds were the first things I noticed. Good job.

thanks guys, but actually the hard part was figuring out how to layer the gun smoke. the rest was just taking my time and coming back to it retouching it here and there.
I think I will like to use oekaki, because I don't have adobe on my work pc and will draw between tech calls...

This was pulled off of the Oekaki FAQ.
"OekakiPoteto (horrible Japanese romanji conjugate of "Protect") is a PHP extension of the OekakiBBS and PaintBBS online painting applets where artists can draw and post their work online..."
Oekaki is pronunciated as o-eh-kaa-kee.
check it out if you haven't been there already. There are alot of really good drawing there.

hey EireWolf... did you understand what Andyroo said?
at the top of this forum is a paint program you can sign up to use that allows you to use paint type features with some corel or photoshop type tools depending on what you are used to or have. it's fun to play with, but takes a bit to get used to.
