CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Does anyone happen to know anything about Photodraw? My dad brought it home and installed it for me but from what I've seen it's not really thrilling. I mean, maybe for touching things up it would be ok but creating it seems to be a pain. I don't know though, it could just be me. Regardless, does anyone have any tips for me?
