CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I have something to tell you, and I know it won't be easy.

I've been thinking these past few days it might be time to leave.

I have been a part of CAA since before the current incarnation even existed-- back when CAA was just a list of names on a small website. But...now I'm older, and I've changed. I still love anime and Japanese things, but the climate on these forums is different than it was before. Also, many of my old CAA friends have moved on or are in the process of moving on.

It's definitely been an...interesting ride, with plenty of good times and plenty of bad times. I've spent a lot of time and energy here. I've met some wonderful people here, some of which have helped me through some pretty tough times.

But this is where it ends for me.

I really do wish you all the best, and I hope CAA continues to have a positive impact on lives just as it did on mine.

Never talked with you nearly enough (you always struck me as being very real and very honest no matter what was going on in life). I pray that our paths cross face to face sometime this side of heaven (I'll look you and Daymon up if I'm ever in town). Farewells to the saints are never "goodbye."
