Special Annoucement concerning Millyfan and CAA

I just got in from work...and Gypsy had sent me an email. I am trying to keep my composure right now...even though every fiber of my being is deeply deeply wounded right now. Today, the staff of CAA was notified by the chief of police of the town I live in. It seems Millyfan notified the chief of police and told him that I planned on killing a homosexual with a handgun I was going to buy. (simply stating facts right now) He requested that I call him as soon as I could, and when I get up in the morning I will do just that. First let me say this, I have had friends in the past that where homosexual...I do not hate homosexuals, as a Christian I love everyone, even people that I do not agree with there lifestyle. How they live and the sexuality they chose is between them and God. I have never once on this site or in real life ever....EVER made threats to kill homosexuals....Or anyone else for that matter. So Millyfan, you have slandered my name now...before a community I love...and even worse....the community that I live in. As in a small town I am sure this will spread. This hurts me a great deal...because it is clear that you hate me so much...for doing my job as an Administrator that you would go after me on a personal level. That is not fair, its not right, and its not Christian. You should be ashamed of what you have done...and I hope you get things right with God. I will spend most of my day tomorrow clearing myself with the police now because of what you have done in ignorance. What, because I like to go hunting with my father I am a killer? You are so ignorant and affraid of guns that you have let them make you a paranoid frightended little child. You are hereby banned forever from CAA....you are not welcome here. As a Christian I forgive what you have done...but this has gone to far for you to remain here. If anyone has an issue with this decision you can contact me via email at Shatterheart0@lycos.com or via PM on this site. I am willing to answer any questions anyone may have over this situation. I am litteraly heart broken that someone who does not even know me...my family, or anything about me....would act in such a vengeful spiteful mannor. I also ask during this time that the members here uphold me in prayer...I take this very very serious....also...let it be stated...if you seek information from other users about people....that is harrassment and you will be banned. And Millyfan...should you decide to push this and come after me again, I will be contacting the authorities about you in El Cajon. I am very sorry this all happend....and my hope is that people realise that Millys banning is not some childish act of revenge. Milly has been on strike 2 of our banning system for a long time...and has been given second chance after second chance. The staff agrees with me on this, and the decision is final. Millys banning takes place as of now.

Good grief. If she's really done that, I guess she ought to be banned. :banned:

*sigh*

I never thought she would do something like that based on a suspicion... :wow!:

Edit: Oh yeah. I will be praying that this misunderstanding will be cleared up for you, Shatterheart.

I'm still shocked.

I think we're all greatly saddened that this has happened. I know that both you and Millyfan will be in my prayers, but for two vastly different reasons.

Man I still can't believe she did that.

Wow...

Um...

I feel really stupid now... I really do...

....

I'm not going to say anything about what she did, but where you can pray... She believes that God can never see any person as anything but an abomination and that you can't really have assurance of salvation... She's got some serious lies in her life she's been grappeling with and I think we should be praying about those areas...

First off, when I was pleading for her not to be banned, I had not read this thread yet... Please know that. I really feel sorry for her... She's been fed a lot of lies in her life, and I think she has some other major issues, and I hope that God gets her through that stuff...

This is so ridiculous that it's not funny at all.

I'm deeply shocked to hear this. But since it's not directly my business, all I can say is I have this issue in my prayers. May something good come out from all this.

Whoa! :wow!: I can't believe that something like this would happen. The fact that someone would even think to do something like this, much less act on it, deeply saddens me. :sniffle:

Shatterheart I'm really sorry this happened to you. No one should have to go through this. I'll be praying that things get straightened out really quick.

Oh, wow, this is awful... You have all my support as a fellow Christian, and you'll be lifted up in my prayers, as well as Millyfan...for the reason that she will perchance have an understanding of what you stand for someday, thanks be to the Lord our God. And remember, the Lord says to rejoice when they persecute you for His name's sake. You also have my utmost respect for standing up against homosexuality as a God-fearing Christian, though being there isn't a hateful bone in your body as regards to homosexuals. God bless, Shatterheart.

I just don't understand why she would think anyone was going to go kill someone. I pray that it gets resolved quickly and you don't have to go through too much trouble.

Sigh...

I knew this situation was drawing to a close, I just wasn't sure when. Somehow, I expected something different than this.

It's amazing how quickly life can change, isn't it? How everything can be solid and flowing one instant, then thrown into a complete jumble the next. How you can never really be sure what your future holds. Somehow, what this brings to mind for me is that we must always trust in the grace of God. Because everything else in this world is so baseless...

My prayers for this situation must increase, that much is certain. Especially, I must pray for forgiveness from all parties involved, including myself. I hope that, somehow, this situation can be resolved. Perhaps good can even be worked from it... I think not, but I believe in an omnipotent God...

I'm floored. Can this be true? Shatterheart, thanks so much for all you do here at CAA and for the witness you have been to me and all the rest of us. I know that only God can heal these kinds of wounds, and only through His grace can we ever learn to forgive as He constantly forgives us. Yet we are not Him - we are in no way perfect and so this makes forgiveness all the more difficult. I don't know how I am supposed to feel in this regard. I wish I could do something. I'll be in prayer. I know that CAA can and will get through this, because I know that the God who we serve will and must be our strength in times of joy and in times of trial. Man, that seems like such a meaningless word at times, when we all can use it so flippantly. Again, thank you for your ministry here and remember that God is with you always, so abide in Him.

With Utmost Respect and Sincerity,

KS

I really am stunned at the idea of anyone pulling a stunt like this. All I can really say is that I hope that this causes you no further troubles (and is cleared up quickly).

Wow. I know this is a cliche by now, but I'm shocked!

I mean, it's like UC said, who would have thought it would have ended up like this! Assuming that milly was just doing it out of spite, it seems odd that she would choose a method so potentially damaging to her reputation (girl who cried wolf). Either way, she seems to be having a lot of problems : \

In any case, I will be praying for everyone involved.

Well i guess this is what happens when you go to bed early. get on the computer today and see that its finally done. Well I will be praying for you too. Im really about ready to do some yelling but thats not going to help anyone. It just sickens me. Please Lord help us to get everyone involved back on track.

:( Sigh, I agree with UC.

I only wonder this: Why is this comment stuck up here at the top of the general section? Why wasn't Millyfan's banning and what she did in the announcements section? I know that here it would be read more, and Millyfan's atrocities are now here for all to see. Is that the reason?

Shatterheart, I hope you grow from this experience. I think it's safe to say, Millyfan is now out of your life. I've been praying for you two for awhile.

I want to say one thing on Millyfan's behalf, since she has pretty much lost many of those who were known as her friends. She was a young woman in a very sad home situation. She has a very young mind and is on disability. We were the only Christian voice she heard, since she had been pulling away from the Lord for awhile. She has Asperger's (a neurological disorder) and other mental problems which I'm sure caused her paranoia to grow toward Steve. In her eyes, he was seen as an angry, evil human being. She completely doubted his salvation. I really think if Steve would have just apologized to her, as a believer, after saying some very cruel words to her publicly on these forums and flaming her, this may have been subsided. I'm writing this here, because Shatterheart, Steve, seems to want everyone to know what is going on and be very open.

I opted to not pm, because I think, we, as a Christian family need to realize, our words hurt. They are well guarded here at CAA by very competent and mature mods, but every so often the human in us comes out.

Our words are powerful and disabling when they are all we rely on for fellowship. I honestly, don't want any harm to come to Steve and I know, because of how the laws work, the false statements made by Millyfan will be cleared up. If Steve has a spotless record in Maine, there is no reason for this to go any further, legally.

I'm being outspoken, but I really think this thread should be closed and it should remain a mod/banned person issue without all the hulla bulloo. It's finally over and let's let it die out.

In retrospect, I feel that this thread should at least be closed. None of us truly have anything to say, and we don't have to post to pray for all sides of the situation. If another moderator feels this is unwarrented, they can always negate this action.

Allow me to say one word about the reason this was placed in the General forum (though I was not a part of the decision and cannot speak with complete confidence): Millyfan is not at all like most of the other bannings on these boards. In almost all cases the banned members were obviously trolls or individuals that had serious issues with staff. Here, on the other hand, we have a member who has been with CAA a long time, has over 1000 posts, has contributed in many areas and has become the friend of many. This isn't really the same type of banning.

I hope that all of us will depart with forgiving, and also repenting, hearts.

I hate to post on a locked thread...but Just so everyone knows and is up to date. I have been cleared of all charges. I spoke with the chief of police this morning, and he understood what had happend...and said this would not effect me in the least and he appreciated my upfront and honost dealings of the matter.
