It is a giant mechanical automoton, or a giant mechanical robot piloted by a human, or a giant biomechanical contraption with intelligence, or it is a giant biomechanical contraption without intelligence, or it is a giant biomechanical contraption piloted by a human, or it is a medium sized mechanical automoton with intelligence, or it is a medium sized mechanical automoton without intelligence, or it is a medium sized mechanical shell piloted by a human pilot, or it is a figment of the creators imagination which is more likely because humans do not have the capability to build advanced automotons.
