ok guys just did the math and there had been 127.17 post/day since the fourm opened on 5-26-03

Man, I guess I over estimated the daily average. I rounded up to a little over 200 posts per day. Of course, I just made daily observations at 1 a.m. until school started.

Hmm. Now I wonder how our rate a month ago compares with no, etc, etc. But we really don't have access to that data.

LOL!

You could estimate. Add up the daily posting average with the days for this month and then subtract that from the total post count at a time which you would consider a full day of posting, and then search the number of users before the month and do your averaging from there.

I hope that wasn't off.

Well, I'm afraid that's quite a pointless referance. But it does about as much good as anything, if we want to be specific.

Oh, yeah, how bout a time plot? Then we can try and determine the trends and see if there are seasonal variances!

Gee, am I that unserious normally? :lol: I guess I am. Oh well. It was the 'woah' that gave it away, though. Typical Reeves (not Christopher) line.
