Well met, m'lord! It doth seem to me, forsooth, that this sad world doth crave more math teachers who have some love for the subject, and can therefore impart the goodly knowledge more effectively to the reluctant youth of today. ;)

Ah, m'lady, forsooth, it may be true. But in my own quite humble opinion, this world also craves such weirdness as he doth possess.

First, I wanted to be a game maker... I thought that the games came from the pictures on the cartridges (NES) and so I once tried to draw a picture of what I thought would be a great game at the time and tried to stick it in my NES... It didn't work, but I was SURE it was just because I needed it to be on the cartridge... If only I could remove the label...

Boy, was I shocked when I got my first "real picture" game... I only had Nintendo's opening line of games (mario, ice climber, urban champion, duck hunt, super mario, hogan's alley, Gyromite WITH R.O.B, soccor, baseball) that had pictures of the game on them, so I thought a game with a photograph would of course have REAL PEOPLE in them and look like real things and places...

Personally, I wanted to be a soldier for the longest time. I finally outgrew that when I realized that that would require me actually obeying orders from some other person. :eyebrow: Then I wanted to be a novelist, but I could never write more than 30 pages of material before getting bored with the subject. Then I got to college and majored in English (Professional writing option), planning on being a technical writer or something like that.

Last year, though, I switched majors to Rhetoric & Composition, planning on doing copy editing and/or going to seminary. I'm still in that boat, although I am actually a copy editor at the moment (campus newspaper, but at least it pays). If I were to go to seminary, I honestly don't know whether it'd be to be a pastor or a theology professor at a seminary, but I do know that if I had my druthers, it'd be Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY.

Ever since I was 3 , when I was able to understand things and say things clearly. I've wanted to be some sort of traveler. The country I've always wanted to go to is Japan. And now that wish is being granted! I'm going to Japan in June.
