CHICKEN!!! Oh, Eire is it okay if we rade the bishie thread too... you know... steal a few Takuto hats and such....

If we raid the bishie thread, we can get all the yummy bishies, not just hats! Oooo, I really wanna raid it now.

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.

Hey now... this is a thread in the General forum. Spam posts are strongly discouraged.

Meanwhile, I really don't think of much when I look at the moon. You could say I'm the anti-romantic, but I kind of just see it in the sky. At best I'm grateful for the additional light. Because this has so little to do with me, I'll bow out of this discussion now, as I have nothing more to contribute.

Lluvia, it was a great topic. I love discussing all the beauties of creation - God's creative works. "The heaven's are telling the glory of God" and sometimes they really shout. The other night the moon was almost full and was yellow, and I thought of God as the King, in all His glory (or, in what I can fathom of His glory), reigning over all the earth and heavens like only He can. It's kind of like the Hymn, "This is My Father's World" to me. I don't know all the words offhand, but maybe I'll get them and type them here sometime. Maybe not. All I can think of to do is pray and sing of His holiness.

I want to write whenever I look at the moon - especially on the nights it is incredibly clear. I can't seem to help staring at it, since it is so HUGE in the sky. Full moons are the coolest... ^^

Although, I'd rather look at the stars. When I'm up north and away from all the lights and can just look at the night sky, it takes my breath away. I have never ceased to be amazed by the majesty of the night sky.

Whenever I am struggling in the faith, I only need one look at they sky to remind myself that He is there, and does amazing things.

The moon... Yes, it's been awhile since i looked at you. Whenever i was happy, looking at you made me wanna sing, whenever i was down, looking at you made me feel i was not alone. See ya soon!

when i look up at the moon and the stars... i stop, breathe in deeply, and sigh, it usually is a very calming and inspiring site... althoug i can get way to introspective and dwell on my feelings of lonliness and remoteness... i guess it depends on how optamistic/pessamistic i am feeling at the time and whats goin n in my head at he time

Eeew... I hate that thing... And those new Quizznos commercials that use them... I bet my mom nearly has a heart attact every time that commercial comes on. I wonder how something like that ended up as a major ad campaign?
