I missed this entirely when E3 came around. This has been in develpment since the PS2 era, but the technology has improved a LOT since then (the background removal technology was developed by Richard Marks, who works exclusively on Camera integration in games, starting in 2000 when PS2 was still in development) I don't know if they improved on his dev tools, but I'm glad that someone's using some of his more interesting tools (now if only someone would redo Eyetoy Cameo for this era...)
Not sure how 4 vs 1 is gonna play out, when the 4 have controllers, and the 1 doesn't, but I'm guessing the camera player is a LOT more powerful to make up for how much easier using a controller would be.
This may be the last PURE Eye game to come out because of the Move, but it's nice to see someone giving it some love. It's timed exclusive for PS Eye, and will probably hit Kinect in half a year or so.
