I love the fact that they were all entirely serious. I don't think I could have said all that with a straight face.

They raise some valid points. However, I'm worried they don't cover relationships and community. Surely the best way to survive is for us Christians to stick together and stockpile our weapons.

The Apocalypse, fine, whatever. But someone needs to address that videogames aren't preparing us properly for zombie invasions (with the lone exception of Left 4 Dead).

I quite disagree. I've been stockpiling herbs for a long time now and have quite a collection. So I should be able to easily heal any severe zombie bites I get. :thumb:

I've also been practicing my 360 degree turning. I can now move slightly faster than a tank to whip my shotgun around and catch near anything that tries to come from the side.

My current project is writing letters to the city council to get them to install magic item boxes all over the town so I can better manage all the items I am sure to collect along the way.

My only real concern now is that I hope the puzzles I have to solve to make it through the town aren't terribly difficult.

Bwahaha! Nice share Etoh.

I would have to say that the vast majority are not properly preparing our children for a post-apocalyptic world. All that is except for the Wii. Only the Wii helps children achieve the physical fitness necessary to survive in such conditions. ^_^

Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil, & Dead Rising.

On there's also the Zombie Survival Handbook. :D

It is a nice trend, after finishing dead space, I totally know that if I land inside a huge spaceship infested zombie-like beings that I have a perfectly fine chance of survival.

When the time for world domination comes, Civ 4 will also be a key stepping stone for me to plot and plan how to best manipulate others. A wise man can make more use of his enemies than a fool can with his friends after all.

More importantly however I might have a good chance of surviving a nazi-like invasion from heavily armored units after my experiense with Killzone II.

And yes, Super Mario 3 is better than drugs.

Resident Evil has taught me all I need to know about that. The only problem is that the zombies won't pause long enough for me to switch weapons, reload, etc.!

Based on how some people play Left 4 Dead...I would say that all it's prepared me for is to implement survival of the fitness into my strategy for surviving a Zombie invasion. Seriously folks, if you are going to go all Rambo on these Zombies, don't come crying to me when they start to gnaw your skull off...

I played Majora's Mask, so I'm not too worried about them. Give me a bow and arrow and I'll show those aliens!

What? How about Dead Rising? That game is probably the most educational zombie game there is. In terms of how to beat them, how to help your friends and what can be used as weapons.

Only problem is that your friends there are as brainless as the zombies........

Trufax.

Which is why it's amazing at helping us learn to defend against a Zombie infestation. XD

LOL, not bad for a fake news broadcasting show. It looked like they were holding discussions about the apocalypse. And you guys forget to mention Fallout 3 XD, Left 4 Dead is a great video game and I can't wait for RE 5 this week.

I've been gaming since before I could walk and all that virtual blood has made me wanna beat little old ladies with sticks and take over the world. Communist style of course. Bad, bad video games... I'd be such a nice person if weren't for all those dead koopa troopa's of my early childhood days...

I believe that Final Fantasy 6 prepared me for world destruction. Don't you realise that after the Apocalypse Bozo the Clown will rule the world, and we'd have to wait our turn to fight?

The Onion is awesome. I discovered it a couple of weeks ago and went on a pretty serious video watching binge.

I think that books have been doing a better job preparing kids lately. I mean, who is going to survive longer, some one who has played Left 4 Dead sixteen hours a day for the past three months or someone who has memorized the Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z?
