Help needed with Bionic Commando: Rearmed medals

I'd really like to go for the "pacifist" one, but what stage could I logically beat without firing a shot? Do boss battles count? If so, that instantly leaves out mr "Pi pi pi" since you can't beat him without bullets... I tried to go for the platoon leader, since I beat him before with my steel boots, but that room to GET to him is nearly impossible. Any other ideas?

I assume the medals are the same as the Xbox 360 achievements. For the first level with the sentry drone boss, use grenades. They don't count.

Also (to add to the tip list), for the "don't touch the smiles" (clean run?) in level 2 (I think) medal, it doesn't count if a slime touches you while falling. Only if they stick to you and pull you across the ground.

I got the slime medal first in my medal run, actually... That was pretty easy... It's the pacifist one that bugged me...

And the medals on the PS3 version are placeholders until they patch it for trophies, and they're supposed to be retroactive. Thanks for the help, though, I'll be trying the grenades soon.

To me, the most difficult one will actually be just passing all the challenge rooms... Unless there's a communication room in the albatross because I can't get through that place without dying about 5 times... And that's on normal.
