What's the best store to buy a Playstation 2 from?

The title kind of says it all. I've decided that this summer I'm going to buy a Playstation 2, and with the rate I'm currently working, I should have enough money to buy one by the end of June. So I was wondering, what store should I buy it from? I was considering GameStop, but I don't know if there's a store that would be better, or if it's really just a matter of personal preference.

I got mine from Walmart, (it is the original version, wouldn't mind a slim version but am planning to get a PS3 instead).
Toysrus is also another good place to do video game shopping, happy hunting Mister Frodo.

you might be able to get one at EB Games for a low price.

I'm pretty sure that if you have a paying job you won't need to care where you buy your PS, but I xould suggest EB or gamestop. Those are always useful.

Unless you get one used, most places will probably be the same amount. If you're lacking on funds or simply want to save money for games, I would suggest getting a used or refurbished one from Gamestop, but only if you aren't willing to spend the extra money. My brother got a refurbished GBA SP from gamestop and it didn't work. My mom just ended up getting him a new(not used) one(in Gamestop's defense though, they did send back the game I accidentally left in there when we sent the SP back), but I digress. If you can get it online, I would suggest that to avoid a hefty sales tax.
