CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

What do you think of this game?
Good?Bad?
From what I've heard it seems like a pretty cool game,it's just that I was wondering if it's appropriate for a Christian to play.
I like shooter game and don't mind some blood,though I don't really like sexual stuff,swearing,or occultic stuff.
What do you think?

I really want to get a game for my Xbox 360 that I've had since a while ago.

BTW You think it would be cool if we had a
Games Recommendations Thread like the Anime and Manga ones?

Waste of money, in my opinion.

I ended up selling it to someone. The battles are tedious and the story line is kinda whack.

I recommend getting something else.

Not a lot of fans of Lost Planet around here,huh?

Anyway, What would you guys Recommend to someone who likes Action,Adventure,Shooters,Fighter, and other kinds of games,
But doesn't like scary, gory, sexual,swearing,or occultic stuff.

You should try Mass Effect. There's one sex scene but it can be avoided. Even so, the sex scene itself barely shows anything and lasts only a few seconds.

Overall, great game with a great story. =)

Lost Planet isn't that bad, but I recommend you try these 360 games.

other than the red ones i agree. Bioshock is incredible but scarey at times

Eh, of those, I only recommend Gears of War, Call of Duty 4 (Don't even bother with 3), Oblivion, Assassin's Creed (NO Replay value, however), Mass Effect, FEAR, and Bioshock.

The rest rank from mediocre to absolutely horrible and probably not worth buying. (I suppose a rent is alright) Turok? Avoid it. The only modern "military" FPS game really worth playing is COD:4. Also, how the heck can you compare Lost Odyssey with Mass Effect? They're two totally different games. XD

Turok is way better than Haze and Timeshift for sure. There were things I disliked about it, but it is bearable and fun to play, once you sit down and play it imo.
The sequel will habe to improve on some things though.

Lol, well Mass Effect to me was far too similar to KOTOR, without the Lightsaber and other melee weapons:P( with a blend of Star Trek, Star Wars and perhaps Halo) maybe it is just me. Lost Odyseey has a much better story, combat system for a rpg, however those in game short stories can become rather long after a while. I'll give Mass Effect another chance and finish it.
Oh come on, Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 aren't really that bad along with GRAW 1 and 2. I enjoyed them. But everybody is different lol.

Mass Effect is similar to KOTOR because they were both made by the same company. Oh yeah, Haze is pretty sucky. Timeshift is interesting, but no way grundbreaking.

Turok is just... lame. Haha.

Yeah, but you would have thought Bioware could have put Mass Effect in some fresh and uncharted directions in the rpg genre.Hopefully number 2 and 3 will....

Lol. Like I said man, everybody is different, I respect your opinion, I myself like the knife combat system in Turok. Hopefully the sequel will do something dynamic:D and.....set the world on fire.
