Neat.

With fun mini-games and challenging puzzles this game will be pretty fun. I wonder if Nintendo Power will mention about this game too.

Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People
This sounds like the kind of game I am looking for.

For the people who didn't see it because they don't keep up with Homestar Runner, here's where this game was first hinted at:

"It's Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People! But you can play, too."
This could be interesting.

At the risk of being beaten by the HSR fans (of which I am one), I'm not going to get my hopes up. I've been burned on similar kinds of games in the past, so I'll keep my hopes very low. Who knows, I might end up getting surprised and it could be great.

Normally I wouldn't get my hopes up either, but this game is done by the people who are doing the Sam and Max games. If it was some unknown company (or if TBC were doing it on their own) I'd probably have doubts, but with Telltale behind it? Not a single doubt enters my mind.

So it's just gonna be a Wii download and not an actual CD-format game? Drag. I totally would have bought it.

This sounds more awesome the more I hear about it. Just one more reason to get a Wii eventually.

It's also purchasable on PC, not just Wii.

Well yeah, but I rather would have liked a regular game.

Uh...it is a regular game... XD This is going to be a game similar to Sam and Max and Secret of Monkey Island.
Unless you're saying Secret of Monkey Island and Sam and Max are not games. In which case, I WISH WE LIVED IN THE TIME WHEN YOU COULD CHALLENGE A MAN TO A DUEL.

Let me give my definition of "regular game" in this case: A game that is available for
purchase in a store, in disc form. As I understand, SBCG4AP is available for
download via the Wii's online connection. Unless the PC version is a CD-ROM. We're talking "tangible, hold-it-in-your-hand" form. Dig?

I get what you mean now, but uh...judging by the fact that you're posting here, I'd say downloading via an online connection shouldn't be a problem, yes? :p
Er. Unless you get online at a library or something. In which case...uh...I shall flee!

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.
I HEART HOMESTAR RUNNER. THIS IS KINDA FRICKIN' AWESOME. I'M KINDA FRICKIN' EXCITED!
Unlike some people who are kinda frickin' excited, I have absolutely no familiarity with this "Sam & Max" stuff upon which to base my excitement. =P
We'll see how I feel come June, I guess. . . but for now, this is a shocking development! XD

What, before you have to admit you were wrong?

If Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People follows the pattern of Telltale's previous titles, after the season is over hard copies will be distributed to everyone who purchased downloads earlier. Commercial box art and everything.
Discussion over.

My intrernet's horrid, so I can't get the WiiWare version. Seriously, on the off chance it connects me to the Wii Shop Channel, I'm booted off but a second later.
Looks awesome, though. Oh, and the fact that it's made by the people that made Sam and Max is beyond awesome. I'll get it when it comes out in a hard copy format.

A slight bit of bad news, the game has actually now been pushed back to July. However, delays are always good for the game itself, and I can wait another month for it.

exactly. As much as I love XBLA/PSN downloadables... They just aren't the same as having that shiny new case in your hand... or on your media shelf, standing proudly amidst your well-loved copies of GTA IV, Mass Effect and Neopets:The Darkest Fairie".
... on second thought, forget I ever mentioned Neopets in the same breath as those other games. It WAAAY outclasses them. ROFLOL!
