Video game moments that made you go "Heeehh??!!??" *MAJOR SPOILERS ALERT*

OK, this thread is for posting moments you have experienced in video games that made your jaw hit the floor, your eyes bug out, and make you completly incapable of intelligent expression for a short period of time. Stuff that came completely out of left field, with no hints or clues ahead of time. As a warning, this thread will contain major spoilers throughout, so if you don't want to risk finding out something about a game your playing through until it comes up in that game, then don't read any further!
For me, the biggest "Whabuhuh?!?" moment would have to have been in The Legend of Dragoon,
when the person claiming to be Emporer Diaz took off his helment/mask thing and we find out that he is, in fact, Darts father AND Roses beloved, Zieg Feld from the Dragon Campaign!
I new that Rose was from the Dragon Campaign, and I knew that there was a connection between Dart and Zieg, because Rose herself comments at one point that Dart reminded her so much of Zieg, even though they were completely different people. But I never expected Zieg to be the guy behind the mask!
Then, within a few minutes of that reveal, I realized that Zieg was not who he seemed to be, but was being puppetted by another individual. **** you, Melbu Frahma, why won't you stay dead??
Spoiler tags are a requirement for this thread, as not everyone has played every game. Post the title and then tag the rest. I've edited the first post, but I expect everyone else to follow suit.
Now in an effort to be on topic... I'm not sure if I've ever had this kind of moment. My preference is for plot twists that, the instant the occur, make you realize that you should have seen it coming (or ones that are foreshadowed upon a second playthrough). Surely I've come across some random plot twists, but none of them are occurring to me.

The only one I can think of would be Shadow of the Colossus. Suddenly a game that seemed to follow no real story actually has one and the conclusion was not what I was expecting at all but still should have seen coming I guess.

Halo 3.
Master Chief died? I barely even caught how. They were all like "whew, we're safe." Next thing, there's a flash of light and we're standing at his grave. What?!
Hm...probably during Sonic Heroes...doesn't seem like much, but I was a lot younger, so...
when my brother got to the final storymode and I first saw Metal Overload...whoo, that freaked me out quite a bit. Same for the final boss in Sonic and the Secret Rings; but we still haven't completed this game yet. I guess the "heeehh?!?!?!?!?" came from the fact that I never thought the Sonic series would have something so freaky-looking in it. Now when it comes to Metal Overlord, I'm like "pff...whatever," although the final boss from SatSS is still REAAAAALLY freaky-lookin'. *shivers*
*slight bow* I apologize. I had thought that if I put spoiler tags in the title, they wouldn't be needed in the thread proper.
Anyway, back on topic, all three of the Xenosaga games definitely have at least
one moment like this. Most of them have several

The "end" of Dreamfall.
The main character goes into a coma, you never find the person you're looking for, the best character is "killed off" (but we kinda know she lives), one character may or may not be dead (and we never find out who attacked her), no questions are answered and a million new ones are brought up. The list could go on forever. Long story short, I kind of hate Dreamfall a lot.
Well, that most likely just means that they're planning on doing a sequel to it, which will answer those questions. Or several sequels, like they had planned on doing with Xenosaga.

Final Fantasy 6, way back in the day when Americans still called it Final Fantasy 3.
Kefka nearly destroys the world, and the game's only half over! Oh, and the opera scene, in a very good way. *squees*
Wild Arms, original 1997 version.
Dude, Rudy's a robot!!!
Oh, they are. But when I trudge my way through level after level of bad combat and stupidly easy puzzles I want a little more for my time than "YOU'RE WINNER!...Now go buy the sequel!"
