i'm not sure if there's a thread for this game already. i searched for already existing topics and found none relating to this game so i've decided to make a thread for it. forgive me if there's already a thread.
anyways, my friend lended me this game and i just started playing it. it's pretty fun but different from most final fantasy games that i'm used to. i'm already sorta stuck in the game...

I just finished it a while ago. I liked it, although there were some parts where it seemed like the story sequences went on for too long (and this coming from a huge fan of Xenosaga, lol) I love that the two theme songs are sung by Gact. It was so cool to go blasting through the final dungeon with "Longing" playing in the background.

Its pretty good game yet to get the most out of it you have to play it on really hard also there are story extensions that you need to get certain items hid throughout the game to recive

Pretty decent shooter. Took me a week to beat it and I don't play video games that much. It was a breath of fresh air since my interest in RPGs has dimmed.

That's what I'm doing. Why pay 54+ bucks NOW when it'll be like, 30 or so later on? Course there won't be a pretty shimmery looking packaging, but meh^^ Of course, I still have several games I have to play and beat through before I can buy and start on anything else new :/

i'm lucky my friend was generous enough to let me borrow it. but he had already beaten it twice and gotten the alternative ending so he was sorta bored of it.

I actually took some of my old games to EB Games/Gamestop and got my DoC for $27 brand new.So if you got some games to get rid of it could help you cut the price. ^^
I really loved the character and it was good to see what happened to him in he past. The game play was hard to adjust to but it made me a better shooter when I played Halo 2 with my brother. ^^ I think that is still pretty good coming from a company that specializes in mult character RP as apposed to one on one shoot game. Oh and I also liked the Gackt songs a lot. I have yet to view the ending sequence as of yet, but I've already seen it's Japanese version, darn my college work keeping me from playing! ><
God Bless,

i rented it for free from blockbuster since i get a coupon for a free game every month. its a sweet game. my dad was gonna buy me final fantasy 1 for NES a long time ago when he worked at walmart electronics but he never did. i really wanted it but i dont know why he didnt buy it. anyways, ever since ive heard people talk about the final fantasy saga and all this and that but i never really was all that interested until now. i was kind of reluctant to rent it since i wanted a racing game but then i said what the heck i think my lil bro will like this and of course he did especially after watching advent children. now if there was some way of getting a hold of final fantasy 1 and an NES system...
