Basically, it's a song that is extremely well-hidden in many Nintendo games. It's been found in Mario Paint, Wario Land (Virtual Boy), Pikmin 2, Link's Awakening, and Animal Crossing.

It hasn't been found in:
-Luigi's Mansion
-Wave Race 64
-Wario Land (Super Mario Land 3)
-The Bell Tolls for Frog (er, that... one game where that guy in Link's Awakening originates from)

Wow, I totally remember that from Animal Crossing and Mario Paint.... I never realized that was in soo many games. O_o I always thought it was an Animal Crossing tip of the hat to Mario Paint.
