i didn't even realized they made a PS2 version of this^^ I'm anticipating this... only sort of. I look on the list of songs that'll be on it (seen here ) but I'm confused about those extra disks... Already the game is short with only about 30ish songs (unlike the others with like, 70 with all the unlockables) and then they talk about the other disks you buy for like 5 bucks each which I wouldn't wanna spend more money on >_< Or is it that they didn't list the locked ones cause it's onyl the default games are known? I saw the pic of a trailer too with a... bad song on it too >_< I'm reallly hoping that won't be in the game cause it's not a cool song (let's just say it was featured on the South Park movie :/)

Any other... thoughts on the game?

I'm very dissapointed in this song list. The arcade version has freaken AA and this doesn't even have it!

I've always been severly dissapointed with US versions of DDR Supernova, this is no exception. The only song there that I like is Freckles. But I can live without that one.

Anyway, this one is a MAJOR letdown. The arcade version is soooooo much better.

I'd say the same thign about the arcade version, but I suck with them v_v Honestly, I can hardly manage to hit the indented arrows half the time^^ So used to lightly touching the game mat to get it to work... I guess :/

I see this as somethign new to get (one day) to play with my friends^^ Lots of well-known songs on here and they like that (since on my Extreme 2 they mostly play familiar songs they've heard on TV/radio and while overplaying a song...^^ Yeah, new songs are nice!) Some like Do You Want To and Jerk it Out I wouldn't mind hearing a million times though^^

Oh, and I FINALLY saw Dance factory in stores... contemplating on that one still (price is :/ And I refuse to pay more than 40 bucks for a game^^) and yeah... besides, doing an ENTIRE song (which I assume it generates to do) would be VERy tiring and whatnot @_@...

those two extra V-Rare discs are audio only, just remixes/long versions of songs on the game.

I still say that ddr 8th mix extreme (imported version I own it but my bootdisc does not work ToT) is probably the best DDR game out there. Has a tracklist boasting over 100 songs.

I've never heard of DDR Supernova, but it looks like something I might be passing up. What's so special about DDR Supernova anyway? Is that just the new name for the mix, like Extreme or Max?

Never mind, I found some info about it. The songlist sounds kinda...meh. I won't be buying it because I don't have the money right now...but maybe I'll rent it sometime just to see how it is.
