Considering not everyone here listens to the CAA Gamecast, I will go ahead and just post this link.

Before E3 this year, there was a rumor that Elder Scrolls Oblivion (which was a huge X360 hit at that time) would come to Sony's PS3.

Today, Gamespot is reporting that Oblivion will indeed come to the PS3, and a side story game for the PSP.

This article gives links to other articles.... So click to your hearts' desires.... And good news for future PS3 owners.

I wonder if it'll be as glitchy as the 360 version(I still can't do the Hercine quest due to crashing...). The new good-side faction is going to be a welcome addition.

I actually got no crashing. The only time my game ran twitchy is when it got ringed (what happens when you move your running X-box 360 with a disc in it) other than that it ran smoothly

Wow... This was supposed to be THE game... Me, I have no interest in a FPRPG...

I likes me some Final Fantasy (though not 12...) and other Japanese style RPGs...

Really? Mine crashed in numerous areas. I had bought the collector's edition brand new, but after about ten hours of play {not all at once, of course} it would crash everytime I went to a certain area. I returned it and got a new disc. This one crashed on the Hircine quest(right after I offer him a pelt), the Clavicus Vile quest(that I only got pass by walking into an area from a different direction), and at the very end of the Vampirism Cure quest(which I managed to get pass by saving right when the game started to crash and then reloading). And all that was after I downloaded the patch from Xbox Live. There were a good many other instances before that. I hear the PC version is much worse. Bethesda's message boards are alight with complaints.
