Also for you D&D fans, here is a race I came up with, which I'm having some difficulty determining a level adjustment for. It's a varient of the Planetouched race listed in the Monster Manual, from a Beast-oriented plane.
+2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Wis
Medium
Outsider (Native)
40 ft move
+2 racial bonus on spot and listen checks
Darkvision
Scent
and ONE of the following three abilities, picked at character creation.
1) Claws: Unarmed strike damage increases by one die (from a d4 to a d6), can choose to deal lethal or nonlethal damage with
2) Graceful: +2 on balance, tumble and similar checks
3) Sprint: Character can run as normal, OR can move at double their run speed for a number of rounds equal to their Con modifier, then MUST stop and rest
